This private building is located along one of the Grand Harbour’s docks in Marsa. This area used to be popular among mariners who earned their living from the sea during modern times. The dock is lined with boatyards, dock facilities and buildings offering tradecraft services and storage spaces.

Features have faded over time, however, a funnel is still visible on this steam-powered ship.

The hull of a Pinnace can be seen with a small cabin and some detail of the rudder. The letters ‘Nov’ have been etched on the sheer strake at the bow.
